Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage partnerships, and establish long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating business strategies, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating across teams to align goals. The role requires a proactive approach to expanding business reach in the eco-friendly and sustainable trade sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strategic thinking with skills in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Negotiation
• Strong communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with International Trade, Import-Export Regulations, and Sustainable Business Practices
• Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and meet revenue targets
• Ability to represent the company effectively in client meetings and at industry events
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other major languages is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields;
