Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales plan
- Development & implementation of sector sales strategy, focusing on military and public safety sectors,to include targeted customers with product solutions and servicesrequired.
- Map andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and end-users in defense and public safety organizations
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of government tenders and rugged computing projects, from lead tracking and strategic bidding to cross-functional coordination and successful deployment.
- Support accredited partner program & channel development strategy.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing to design and implement a complete marketing plan forsector, especially in defense and public safetycommunities.
- Support exhibition and sector promotional events.
- Attend quarterly business review presenting sales & strategy performance.
- Communicate Target Customer, Sector Trend and Competitors Activity.
- Completion of Weekly SFDC/Forecast.
- Attendance of Monthly Sales Meeting.
- Travelfrequentlywithin Vietnam and occasionally within the region.
Experience Required
- Minium 5 yearsof experience inB2B/B2G sales or business development, preferably in:
- Defense / military / public safety
- Government or state-owned enterprises
- ICT, telecom, industrial computing, rugged devices, or system integration
- Strong understanding ofgovernment procurement processes, vendor registration, and public tender regulations.
- Excellent team player with cross countries project/business management and coordination experience.
- Advanced Office and IT Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficient inVietnamese (native)andEnglish (business level) both written and spoken.
- Experience working withsystem integrators, distributors, or VARsin Vietnam.
- Existingnetwork/relationshipswith key stakeholders inMinistry of National Defense, MPS, or major public safety agenciesis a strong advantage.
