JD: Business Development Manager/ Ha Noi
ROLE PURPOSE:
- Drive market penetration and provide technical sales support for our structural product. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise, customer relationship management, and strategic business development to serve design institutes, EPC contractors, and prefab component manufacturers.
- Partner with the Regional Lead to build the business from the ground up from landmark project wins to ecosystem integration driving zero-to-one market entry success.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Reporting to: Regional Lead
- Identify and secure new clients in the construction sector (residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects).
- Develop tailored solutions using our structural product portfolio (e.g., [specific products: bolted systems, floor joint, etc.]).
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned territories.
Technical Sales Support
- Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and demonstrations for clients.
- Establish technical partnerships with local design institutes to embed our connection systems into standard specifications
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance, including onsite troubleshooting.
Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts (contractors, distributors, design institutes).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies with regional lead.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D and technical teams to relay customer needs and improve product offerings.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Requirements:
Education: Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a must
Experience:
- 5+ years in sales/business development in construction raw materials/structural products Solid knowledge of local project cycles, bidding processes, and industry standards
- Strong track record in securing B2B contracts and navigating complex project environments
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel across Vietnam and the region
