Key responsibilities
KOREAN MNCs Business Growth
- Being a company's ambassador in promoting HWL towards Korean communities in VN & KR
- To define & accountable for commercial strategy within key priorities
- Drive assigned sales budget based on business planning and expectation for growth.
- To collaboratively work with respective departments and stakeholders to assure the successful business execution process.
- To support the adherence to SOP and conflict resolution within sales account ownership.
- To conduct related market survey and giving insights when required.
- To maintain data quality in HWL's system
- To take up additional tasks where appropriate.
VN KR Trade Lane growth
- Analyze market trends, and customers demands to identify growth opportunities & trade lane growth strategies
- Drive the overall VN KR Trade Lane development program in alignment with countries management & local sales force
- Lead the major RFQs & slot bidding in alignment with OMT & respective countries.
- Conducting joint-visits with local Sales, Products, to support business growth; customer retention or specific sales & marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution on trade lane activities.
Inter-faces
- VN & KR country management teams commercial strategy planning & execution
- Products & operations: solution design, pricing strategy & business implementation
- Finance Support DSO & DPO procedures.
- Legal Contractual Review and Compliance
- Country Trade Lane Development align account planning & sharing market intelligence.
- Country KAM Sharing knowledges and Sales activities across specific IV.
- Pricing/TM/Procurement market intelligence exchange; align for selling strategy; co-sales visits.
- Sales Support Obtain pricing info; business implementation and SOP adherence; data provision on Country accounts related performance measurement
About you
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in global freight forwarding / logistics industry
- Proficiency in English & Korean
- Business development: able to successfully set up & drive business plan
- Relationship management: able to manage cross-functional interfaces
- Leadership: to lead by example, lead stakeholders and lead the business
- In-depth knowledge: about global trade, supply chain models, logistics & transportation.
