Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to work on-site in our Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam location. As a full-time Business Development Manager, you will identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, negotiate business deals, and ensure the company's services are developed and delivered effectively to meet market demands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, create strategic business plans, and drive revenue growth in alignment with Eurostellar's mission to expand European technologies in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and sales negotiation
  • Experience in market research, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of Security and IoT technologies, with a background in smart systems or European technology solutions being advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster long-term partnerships
  • Excellent understanding of business ecosystems and partnership development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Management, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Southeast Asian or European languages is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and adaptability
