BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Job Description)
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager will drive market expansion and revenue growth for both Office and Retail Fit-out projects, strengthening ADM's client network and strategic positioning in the Corporate Office and Retail sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Develop and execute business development strategies for Office and Retail markets.
2.Identify and secure new clients, including companies relocating or expanding offices, as well as retail brands opening new stores or showrooms.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, leasing agents, shopping mall management teams, project management firms, and corporate real estate managers.
4.Leverage office leasing and retail leasing opportunities to generate Design & Build leads.
5.Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.
6.Collaborate closely with internal Design, QS, and Project teams to develop competitive and cost-efficient solutions.
7.Manage key accounts and increase repeat business rate across office and retail clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Design & Build, Interior Fit-out, Construction, Real Estate, or Office/Retail Leasing.
Experience in office leasing or retail leasing is highly preferred.
Strong network with landlords, leasing agents, shopping mall operators, project management firms, or multinational corporations is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of securing medium-to-large scale office or retail projects.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of office and retail leasing processes.
Ability to identify potential projects early through market intelligence.
Strong presentation and client advisory capabilities.
Fluent English, Fluency in other languages would be an advantage
Result-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under revenue targets.
