About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of UpBase's E-Fulfillment Services and OMS/WMS software solutions.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, understand their operational challenges, and recommend tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will own the entire sales process—from prospecting and solution consulting to contract negotiation and successful customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, networking, and other lead generation channels.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop relationships with ecommerce brands, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise clients.
  • Create and execute account development plans to maximize business opportunities.

2. Solution Consulting

  • Understand clients business models, fulfillment workflows, warehouse operations, and operational challenges.
  • Recommend the most suitable E-Fulfillment and OMS/WMS solutions based on customers business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and business consultations for decision-makers.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.

3. Sales & CRM Management

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification through contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, customer records, sales forecasts, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

4. Market Intelligence & Customer Success

  • Stay informed about industry trends in ecommerce, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, and SaaS.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and service improvement.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Solution Sales.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:
  • Ecommerce
  • Logistics
  • Fulfillment
  • SaaS
  • Enterprise Software
  • ERP
  • Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain solutions.
  • Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP, or ecommerce operations is highly preferred.
  • Existing network within ecommerce brands, retailers, or merchants is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
