About FluxRPC
FluxRPC is a next-generation infrastructure provider built for the Solana and SVM ecosystems. Using our proprietary Read Layer architecture, we decouple data retrieval from validator workloads to deliver real-time blockchain data with sub-100ms latency — often much lower.
Designed for high-frequency traders, MEV operators, exchanges, institutional firms, and sophisticated developers, FluxRPC offers bank-grade reliability and extreme speed. It's purpose-built for the Solana Firedancer era and the ultra-low latency demands of modern on-chain trading.

The Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development / Developer Relations to help drive the growth of FluxRPC. This is a hands-on outbound sales and partnership role — you'll be reaching out directly to developers, trading teams, and technical organizations, building real relationships that convert into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target clients — including dev shops, trading firms, MEV operators, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure teams — through LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, email, and direct referrals.
- Own your pipeline end-to-end: research targets, send outreach, handle follow-ups, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with senior team members to close.
- Join discovery calls and product demos alongside the technical team to understand what prospects need and match it to what FluxRPC offers.
- Attend blockchain conferences and developer events with specific targets in mind — not just for networking, but to move real conversations forward.
- Keep the team informed on pipeline status, what you're hearing from the market, and where deals stand — through regular check-ins rather than formal reporting.
- Feed insights and recurring objections back to the product and marketing team to sharpen our positioning.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally where you were doing direct outreach to companies or teams, not managing communities or running affiliate programs.
- Comfortable reaching out cold: writing a solid first message, following up, and holding a real conversation without relying on warm intros.
- Basic familiarity with blockchain, Solana, or Web3 — enough to understand who you're talking to. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be able to hold your own in a conversation with one.
- Organized and self-directed — you manage your own workload, keep track of where things stand, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating across different types of audiences.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Existing connections in the Solana ecosystem, dev communities, or institutional trading — from actual work experience, not social following.
- Experience selling or promoting developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS products.
- Prior experience at a Web3 startup, blockchain company, or fintech.
- Familiarity with RPC, data infrastructure, or trading workflows is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: Attractive base salary + performance-based commission and incentives (OTE details shared during interview process).
- The chance to own and shape the business development function for a technically elite product at the frontier of Solana infrastructure.
- Direct work on FluxRPC — one of the fastest and most advanced RPC solutions in the Solana/SVM ecosystems.
- Exposure to a global, distributed team across the UK, Canada, US, Vietnam, and beyond.
- Office-based in vibrant District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Fast-paced growth environment with ample opportunities for career advancement as the company and FluxRPC scale.
- Conference attendance, professional development, and the opportunity to engage with top projects and institutions in Web3.
If you're excited about bridging traditional finance infrastructure with the speed and innovation of blockchain — and you thrive in a dynamic, technically deep environment — we'd love to hear from you.
