Reports to: Director of Sales & Business Development, PSSM
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to strengthen our presence in the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets. This role will support and assist the Director of Sales & Business Development in building relationships with travel agents and partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales & Business Development in arranging meetings and coordinating with travel partners.
- Proactively reach out to agents and potential clients to present our services and follow up on opportunities.
- Prepare, adapt, and deliver sample travel programs for agents and partners coordinating with PSSM team in the HO when needed.
- Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing partners to nurture long-term relationships.
- Track and update sales activities, leads, and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up (use our CRM)
Skills & Requirements
- Spanish (written at least) is essential.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Experience in sales, business development, or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn along DOSBD and work within different time zones when DOSBD is travelling and still need to coordinate.
