We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to establish and grow our presence, focusing on the Home & Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, Pet Food and Pharma industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ho Chi Minh city. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with business partners. Other responsibilities include collaborating with different teams to develop business strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and providing recommendations for business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business strategy
• Excellent Communication in English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills to foster strong client and partner relationships
• Account Management capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in generating and presenting monthly sales reports and experience using CRM.
• Cultural intelligence and the capacity to align with company's foreign based practices while succeeding in the Vietnamese Market.
• Ability to travel extensively within Vietnam as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate housing, travel, or hospitality industries is a plus
