Job Description

Inter Office is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the Design & Build sector. You will be the bridge between international clients and our expert workplace solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and target high-potential prospects: FDI enterprises, new office setups, company relocations/expansions, developers, PMCs, and leasing agents.
  • Acquire leads through multi-channel strategies: Networking, LinkedIn, cold calling/emailing, industry events, referrals, and real estate/industrial park networks.

2. Project Opportunity Development

  • Pitch company capabilities and portfolio to potential international clients.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments (timeline, budget, decision-making hierarchy, and tender requirements).
  • Qualify leads and prioritize high-conversion opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3. FDI Client Consulting & Account Management

  • Conduct face-to-face consultations in English regarding the Design & Build process, timelines, and tailored office solutions.
  • Provide dedicated account management throughout the entire sales lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Proposal & Tender Coordination

  • Collaborate with Design, QS, PM, and Marketing teams to develop high-impact proposals, fee estimates, pitch decks, and tender submissions.
  • Manage the tendering progress and assist in negotiating project scope, pricing, and commercial terms through to contract signing.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Client Retention

  • Cultivate a professional network with leasing agencies, building management, real estate consultants, and industry vendors.
  • Nurture post-project relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Priority: Candidates with a background in Office Design & Build, Interior Fit-out, Real Estate, or Workplace Consulting.

Core Competencies

  • Solid understanding of the Design & Build process and B2B tendering.
  • Foundational knowledge of fit-out costs and construction timelines to build client trust.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

Soft Skills & Language

  • English: Professional proficiency (comfortable leading meetings, presentations, and email correspondence with FDI clients).
  • Dynamic, resilient, and highly target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon–Fri) & 08:00 – 12:00 (Sat).
