Job Description

Homebase is looking for an ambitious and talented Business Development Executive to join our company. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for the company's real estate service packages. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify and qualify leads, the Product team to relay customer feedback for product R&D, and the Sales team to present and close deals.

Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Support the development of new product strategies to increase sales;
  • Spearheading new customer acquisition and conversion through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads;
  • Develop and present sales proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's real estate listing service packages;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers;
  • Analyze sales funnels and develop strategies to improve customer experience to improve business performance;
  • Track and report on sales performance.

Our Requirements

We expect candidates to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Based in HCMC;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 1+ years of direct sales experience in any industry;
  • Passionate about business development/sales and driving revenue growth for the Company;
  • Able to build rapport with customers;
  • Professional at all times as the face of the Company;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
