I/ Job Description
1) Customer Communication & Negotiation
- Act as the primary contact for Chinese/English-speaking clients and partners.
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Participate in negotiations on pricing, terms, and project timelines.
2) Business Development & Market Exploration
- Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
3) Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to execute client requirements.
- Follow up on project progress and collect feedback to support improvements.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
4) Reporting & Tools
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client activities and business progress.
II/ Job Requirement
Language
- Fluent Chinese(listening, speaking, reading, writing) required
- English at a conversational level is a plus
Experience
- 23 years of experiencein Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience working with Chinese/Taiwanese clients is highly preferred
