I/ Job Description

1) Customer Communication & Negotiation

  • Act as the primary contact for Chinese/English-speaking clients and partners.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Participate in negotiations on pricing, terms, and project timelines.

2) Business Development & Market Exploration

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.

3) Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to execute client requirements.
  • Follow up on project progress and collect feedback to support improvements.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

4) Reporting & Tools

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client activities and business progress.

II/ Job Requirement

Language

  • Fluent Chinese(listening, speaking, reading, writing) required
  • English at a conversational level is a plus

Experience

  • 23 years of experiencein Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience working with Chinese/Taiwanese clients is highly preferred

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Proactive, fast learner, and strong sense of ownership
  • Good problem-solving skills and team coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
