Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, consulting, and closing deals with local manufacturers, brands and foreign sellers (in the US, Canada and other countries).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach abroad sellers (online) and manufacturers/local brands in Vietnam (online + offline meetings).
  • Conduct initial conversations, present services, handle objections, and close deals
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service scopes for potential clients.
  • Build, maintain, and update the sales pipeline
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and execute prospecting activities according to targets.
  • Track performance metrics, follow up with prospects consistently, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.

Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong English skills (written + spoken)
  • 1.5 3 years of experience in international sales or business development
  • Experience in online prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong communication and logical consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPI targets.
  • High discipline, persistence, and follow-up skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience B2B selling to foreign markets
  • Knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce/digital marketing
  • Experience in closing via online meeting or remote sales.

Compensation

  • Base salary: 15,000,000 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience)
  • Bonus and commission based on performance
  • Training provided on Amazon/Wayfair/Walmart operations and service structure
  • Fast-track career path to Sales Manager as the team expands.
