The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial activities within the project logistics sector, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction. Report to:Commercial Manager - Integrated Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive in Project Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, analyse market trends, ensure compliance, nurture key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead strategic negotiations. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions will be central to your success in this role.

Manage and oversee commercial activities within the Project Logistics division

Develop and execute business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within key industries, including renewables and infrastructure.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring deep understanding of their needs and project requirements.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from quotation to delivery.

Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Ensure all operations and proposals comply with company standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Lead commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and service providers to secure competitive and sustainable terms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Proven experience in Project Logistics, Heavy Lift, or Industrial Project sectors; exposure to the Renewable Energy industry is an advantage.

Strong understanding of supply chain management, transport operations, and logistics project execution.

Demonstrated success in client engagement, solution selling, and key account management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written), Chinese is a plus.
