Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand business needs across ecommerce and marketing domains.
• Conduct competitor and market research to analyze industry workflows and platform capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.

Documentation & Solution Design:

• Translate business workflows into user stories, functional and non-functional specifications.
• Create PRDs, process flows, diagrams, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain a structured and user-friendly Body of Requirements as the single source of truth.

Collaboration & Delivery Support:

• Work closely with engineering teams during development and implementation phases.
• Track project timelines, progress, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions and verify outcomes before UAT.

UI/UX & Workflow Support:

• Collaborate with designers to define user flows and interface requirements.
• Support creation of wireframes, UI sketches, and process diagrams (Figma knowledge is a plus).

Testing & User Adoption:

• Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution of test scenarios.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and onboarding documentation.
• Support post-release adoption and feedback collection.
