Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand marketing and e-commerce business needs
  • Analyze workflows such as ad campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in requirements

Documentation & Solution Design

  • Translate business workflows into user stories, BRDs/PRDs, and functional specifications
  • Create process flows, diagrams, and system documentation
  • Maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation (FAQs, onboarding guides, etc.)

Collaboration & Delivery Support

  • Work closely with Engineering teams during development and implementation
  • Support UI/UX designers in refining user flows and wireframes
  • Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented

Testing & UAT Support

  • Prepare UAT test cases and scripts based on real business scenarios
  • Support testing cycles and validate delivered features against requirements
  • Coordinate feedback loops and support issue resolution

Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle
  • Clarify ambiguous requirements and align expectations across stakeholders
  • Support multiple concurrent projects or workstreams

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improving business analysis practices and documentation standards
  • Stay aligned with evolving e-commerce and martech trends
