Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand marketing and e-commerce business needs
- Analyze workflows such as ad campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in requirements
Documentation & Solution Design
- Translate business workflows into user stories, BRDs/PRDs, and functional specifications
- Create process flows, diagrams, and system documentation
- Maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation (FAQs, onboarding guides, etc.)
Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Work closely with Engineering teams during development and implementation
- Support UI/UX designers in refining user flows and wireframes
- Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented
Testing & UAT Support
- Prepare UAT test cases and scripts based on real business scenarios
- Support testing cycles and validate delivered features against requirements
- Coordinate feedback loops and support issue resolution
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and align expectations across stakeholders
- Support multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving business analysis practices and documentation standards
- Stay aligned with evolving e-commerce and martech trends
