About The Viettel Anti-Scam Solutions Product
In an environment where users increasingly face sophisticated scams through calls, technology like cameras, and digital platforms, Viettel Cyber Security (VCS) is focused on developing a comprehensive product ecosystem. This system integrates multiple applications and services to provide all-around user protection, including anti-scam alerts, anti-spam features, and ensuring the safety of personal accounts and information.
We are looking for a
Product Business Analyst to act as a bridge between partners and the product development team. This role will be crucial in defining and implementing products that meet the real-world needs of the market and our partners.
Responsibilities
– Work directly with partners to gather, analyze, and clarify business, technical, and feature requirements.
– Collaborate with the product development and technical teams to analyze business problems, define requirements, and propose suitable product development solutions that meet market and partner needs.
– Write Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and other necessary technical specifications for the development team.
– Coordinate with the development team during the building and testing phases to ensure the final product meets expectations.
– Monitor, update, and adjust requirements based on changes from partners or market trends.
– Contribute to proposing product improvements based on real user needs and market trends.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree or higher in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields
– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher
- Requirements/Competencies:
– 3+ years of experience in a BA, Product Analyst, or equivalent role.
– Strong skills in
business analysis and system solution design.
– Experience working with clients/partners, with clear, logical, and persuasive communication skills.
– Proficient in
writing business requirement documents and coordinating with technical teams.
