We seek a skilled Business Analyst with at least 3+ years of experience or Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
- Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
- Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
- Manage Backlog and Sprint Backlog
- Participate in bidding process
2.Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience (must have)
- Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)
- Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills (must have)
- Experience with working with cross functional teams (Sale, marketing, Development team, (must have)
- Excellent with Backlog Management (must have)
- Excellent with Stakeholder management (must have)
- Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
- Experience in Scope checking & scope management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
- Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)
- Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
