Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience working with government sector clients; understanding of workflows and system implementation characteristics in the public sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, quick learning ability, and effective problem processing and synthesis; able to propose features and solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Proficient in writing business documents, process modeling, and explaining requirements and technical issues in a way that is easy to understand for both clients and team members
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consulting skills with both internal teams and clients; good listening skills, clear communication, and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proactive with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.
