Business Analyst Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts.
• Set standards and ways of working for the Business Analyst team.
• Document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Identify potential issues, risks, benefits, and impacts between solutions and products.
• Coordinate with relevant focal points to carry out change management activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis for digital banking products.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst Lead role.
• Participated in at least one digital banking project for corporate customers as a Business Analyst Lead in a large financial institution or bank.
