We are seeking a Korean-speaking Business Analyst who is motivated to grow in an international working environment and collaborate directly with foreign clients.

• Work directly with Korean clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
• Conduct business process analysis and propose effective solutions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (BRD, FSD, User Stories, BPMN diagrams, etc.)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
• Support UAT and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans
• Continuously improve internal BA processes and documentation standards

• Good Korean communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

• At least 6 months of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related roles
• Experience working with Korean clients is an advantage
• Experience in IT/software development projects is preferred

• Knowledge of BPMN or other modeling tools
• Basic understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology
• BA-related certifications (ECBA, CBAP, etc.)
• Willingness to travel
