KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Serving as liaison between stakeholders and users to gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
- Document requirements (into epics and user stories) using the scrum methodology from product backlog items to sprints.
- Facilitate discussions to identify, clarify and document requirements.
- Work with the Development, QA teams and PO to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
- Effectively communicating your insights and working with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the successful implementation of new job requirements.
- Proactively exploring the core system to assist the team in identifying suitable directions for implementing requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System or Software Development.
- At least 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or relevant role
- Proven ability in typical BA skill set requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
- Good English skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work independently effectively.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Data Analysis & Fintech/CFC/Banking experiences is a plus
