About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to support the development and delivery of digital products. In this role, you'll transform business needs into clear, actionable documentation that guides product development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories, and thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create detailed BRDs and FRDs that translate high-level concepts into structured documentation.
- Write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Track and manage requirement changes throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support QA and product teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist in creating training materials, product documentation, and supporting successful product launches.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product development.
- Proven expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management/documentation platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience using workflow modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
- Familiarity with APIs, data flow diagrams, or technical specs.
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, or similar digital domains.
- Exposure to UX processes, customer research, or analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Power BI).
