We&aposre looking for an English BA work with the Project Management Officer in taking care of our existing customers.
LEVEL: Junior - Middle
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand user experience and business concepts to create and manage the feature requirements of a tech product.
- Create a system requirement document, feature list, use case detail/user stories and acceptance criteria according to the feature requests.
- Liaise with stakeholders across various locations, facilitating clear communication of product progress, potential risks, and strategic adjustments as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
Basic Skill:
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken. IELST 6.5 or equivalent. Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Problems & solutions oriented mindset. Good logical thinking and straightforward approach.
- Passionate about technology, new technology products, and startup companies.
- Learn new things quickly and easily adapt to new environments.
Advanced Skill:
- Working experience with a deep understanding and experience of business operation processes in any industry.
- Experience in software development projects. Understand the principles of Agile development.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing for data-driven product decisions.
