Building & Facilities Executive | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Location: Gul Circle
Salary: $4,500 - $5,600/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
Contract: 1 year, renewable

Looking for an experienced and hands-on Building & Facilities Executive who is comfortable independently managing day-to-day facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures and facilities
Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns
Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
Support fire safety system checks and general safety inspections
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs and reports
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and regulatory requirements
Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required

What We're Looking For

Relevant experience in building/facilities maintenance or facilities management
Good hands-on knowledge of M&E, HVAC, plumbing and general building systems
