Job Description:
The Branding Campaign Management is responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing branding and marketing projects/campaign. This role acts as the bridge between Management - Marketing - Cross-functional teams, ensuring that brand strategies are executed consistently, on time, within budget, and deliver measurable impact.
1.Project Management:
- Develop, monitor, and update the master timeline for branding & marketing projects.
- Coordinate resources and allocate tasks across internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Agency partners).
- Track progress, control budgets, report risks, and recommend corrective actions.
2. Strategic branding:
- Develop and consolidate branding plans aligned with corporate strategy.
- Oversee the execution of brand strategies in line with top management direction.
- Ensure all branding and communication activities align with brand guidelines and long-term positioning.
- Collect data, analyze project KPIs (SOV, brand health tracking), and recommend improvements.
3. Reporting:
- Prepare regular progress, cost, and performance reports for senior management.
- Organize update/debrief meetings, document meeting notes, and track action items.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) and external partners (agencies, vendors, event organizers).
- Manage expectations, ensure alignment, and resolve conflicts during project execution.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, e-commerce, logistics, or agency environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of Branding, Marketing, and Communications.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Data Studio).
- Good command of English (reading, reporting, and business communication).
- Good time management, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, presentation, teamwork.
