Job Description

Position: Brand Manager

Location: Vietnam

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth and performance of our consumer skincare portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving integrated marketing campaigns, managing product lifecycle initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Own brand performance by monitoring sales, market share, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze consumer, category, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance.
  • Lead product portfolio management, including new product launches, SKU optimization, and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI, providing actionable recommendations.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Drive Above-the-Line (ATL), Public Relations (PR), and brand activation initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure excellent execution of global and local marketing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.

Commercial Excellence

  • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
  • Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to execute trade marketing activities and customer engagement plans.
  • Prepare compelling marketing presentations and commercial proposals for key customers.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors to maximize return on investment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, retailers, and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver product training and marketing support to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing, preferably within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, beauty, or skincare industries.
  • Proven experience in developing brand strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
