Manage daily operations (from BPO) for HQ projects: data labeling, search improvement, global category enhancement, etc and ensure they reach the target of SLA review contents, accuracy, policy adherence.
Collaborate with project owners to align standard procedures, workflow and documentary as training materials for agents.
Collaborate with the workforce management team to plan for resources and workload monthly/quarterly.
Extract key insights on project performance for management reports and support for operation improvement.
Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or other related fields
2+ years of experience in tech/or ecommerce companies
