• Project Ownership & Execution: Own and drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional growth projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor program performance, including pitching pipeline, seller performance, and key KPIs to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Data-driven Insights: Generate actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and drive seller growth.
• Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Align expectations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Reporting & Presentation: Develop and deliver reports, business reviews, and proposals to effectively communicate performance and strategic recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, BI, Product and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic growth initiatives

Must have:

• 3-4 years of professional experience with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion
• Strong analytical mindset with solid quantitative skills, capable of structuring, interpreting data, and generating actionable insights
• Proactive and reliable team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
