Explore new banking products (if any); prepare annual credit renewal applications; prepare short-term/long-term notarization documents as needed; support the review of products from our Singaporean entity (if any), SFP programs, and short-term loans from banks.
Approve foreign bank loan and transfer orders; approve capital transfer orders; verify domestic payment loan documents; approve tax payments (check orders, amounts, and payment status).
Ensure segregation of duties between the person creating the order and the person approving it.
Control banking fees (domestic and international transfer fees, DA/DP, etc.).
Review and verify all details on registration forms for new banking transactions (State Bank of Vietnam reporting forms, forms for changing signatures, contact information, information updates, loan applications, interest rate reduction requests, etc.).
Prepare and manage monthly cash flow forecasts and actual cash flow statements.
Manage all cash and bank accounts.
Report on loans and deposits, credit limits, and weekly cash balances.
Annually review credit limits with banks and provide additional documents as required.
Provide weekly reports on credit limits, interest rates, and exchange rates via email.
Calculate and report on profit/loss from USD forward contracts.
Conduct monthly cash fund checks.
Review contracts and control costs for services such as loading/unloading, delivery, daily labor, business trips, and client entertainment.
Check and reconcile outstanding advances and credit card balances.
Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as requested by the Chief Accountant.
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in cost control and working with banks.
Good command of English.
Careful, well-organized with a strong sense of timeline and logical arrangement; able to work under pressure and possess good communication skills.
