Backend Engineer, Marketplace Intelligence & Data - MPIE (Campus Recruitment 2026)

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services.
• Collaborate with algorithm and backend engineers to conceptualise and build high-performance machine learning tools and adjacent services.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Implement and execute scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills comfortable tackling complex technical challenges.
• Strong ownership, good communication skills, having teamwork spirit and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
• Solid understanding of core computer science concepts (e.g., data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, databases).

Good To Have:

• Practical experience with Golang.
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Exposure to performance tuning and optimization of high-load backend systems.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.
• Interest or experience in working with LLMs and related technologies (e.g., MCP, RAG).
