Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients needs.

Design and develop robust backend services
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails)
Database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
API design and development
Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
