The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the roadmap for expanding the B2B sales channel.
- Proactively identify, approach, and grow the portfolio of new customers within assigned market segments.
- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Assess customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and propose suitable commercial programs to close deals.
- Monitor order progress, collaborate with internal teams to execute sales programs, handle arising issues, and optimize customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends in ICT & consumer electronics, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
