Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the roadmap for expanding the B2B sales channel.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and grow the portfolio of new customers within assigned market segments.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Assess customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and propose suitable commercial programs to close deals.
  • Monitor order progress, collaborate with internal teams to execute sales programs, handle arising issues, and optimize customer experience.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on new products, market trends in ICT & consumer electronics, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
