Job Overview
You will also be responsible for mentoring any Junior Automation Tester and
liaising with developers to identify areas of the business that would benefit from automation.
Other technologies used include Java, Python, Selenium, Automation testing, Robot Framework.
Responsibility
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Plan, coordinate and manage testing activities;
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts to test, track, and verify resolution of defects;
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions;
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
- Oversee the development of automation test scripts for web applications using Selenium with Python and JavaScript;
- Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team efficiency and productivity;
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation testing technologies and methodologies;
- Coordinate with others team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause and corrective action as well;
- Ensure that all the requirements of compliances are followed;
- Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives;
- Foster a team work culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning;
- Other related duties.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing;
- Experience with various mobile app/game and Web testing for iOS and Android;
- Have experience in web testing (Portal web, auto internet banking, OTP, ...);
- Knowledge in API, performance and security testing;
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases, test script;
- Have a strong understanding of Non-Functional and Security testing;
- Teamwork and cooperation skills, working well with a team;
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines;
- Ability to work with a team locally and abroad;
