About The Role
As our Manager (Innovation), you will help shape how student entrepreneurs at NUS Computing learn, build and grow. You will design and run programmes that take students from first idea to real venture. You will also build a community that makes this journey less lonely and more connected.
Rather than step into a fixed playbook, you will join a journey. We want you to test new ideas, learn quickly and keep what works. Your curiosity, judgement and experience will help decide what comes next.

You will join the Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) Office at NUS Computing. The Office builds a strong culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. It equips students with the skills, experience and networks to succeed in the technology startup ecosystem. You will work closely with the Office team, faculty, alumni, mentors, investors and industry partners.

What You'll Do
- Create and launch new programmes that help student entrepreneurs develop their ideas, skills and ventures.
- Run and improve existing programmes, using feedback and what you observe to make each cycle better.
- Manage The Furnace, our incubator, so that founders have the space, guidance and networks they need.
- Follow the progress of founders and offer them timely, practical support.
- Build and nurture a community of student founders, alumni, mentors, investors and corporate partners.
- Create regular opportunities for this community to meet, learn from each other and collaborate.
- Connect the School with the wider startup ecosystem in Singapore and beyond.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing innovation and entrepreneurship.
- A good understanding of the wider startup ecosystem, including founders, investors, corporates and support organisations.
- Experience designing and running programmes for founders or aspiring founders.
- Experience building and sustaining a community.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Good organisation and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- A willingness to experiment, learn from what does not work and try again.
- A genuine passion for startups, innovation and developing young entrepreneurs.
