Job Description:
1/ Brand & Campaign Guidelines:
- Thoroughly understand and apply the SPX branding guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all SPX hubs/SOC/merchandising
- Develop briefs and prepare necessary marketing assets for facility execution, ensuring alignment with branding standards and local business needs
2/ Facility Campaign Management:
- Onsite, develop, supervise vendor to execute local offline marketing campaigns to drive traffic across the regions
- Work closely with Procurement, Graphic Designer, Communications, Vendor (external) teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach target audiences
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure seamless execution of offline campaigns that enhance brand awareness
- Produce report and analysis post campaigns for key learnings to internal and stakeholders for future improvements
- Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
3/ Guideline Creation & Implementation:
- Support lead to create and maintain essential guidelines to support Operations in executing offline marketing campaigns consistently across all location
- Provide training and support to Operations/Vendors to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to these guidelines (if any)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG, logistics, agencies, or event/activation companies)
- Have knowledge of offline execution in local markets, including on-the-ground logistics and team coordination
- Have can-do attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, flexible & problem solving
- Proven team and multi-task management skills
- Willing to travel frequently for local events throughout Vietnam (South, Central, and North regions)
- English fluency and a strong network of local event suppliers is a plus
