Merchant Expansion Initiative. This isn't just a coordination role—you will be the architect of our field operations. You will design the workflows, optimize the systems, and lead a high-performing field team to increase our brand footprint across the market.
Job Description
- Project Strategy & System Architecture (40%)
- Workflow design: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for market expansion, from merchant identification to successful onboarding.
- KPI management: Define, track, and optimize performance metrics (KPIs) for the field team to ensure project milestones are met with high quality.
- Product collaboration: Partner with the Product & Tech teams to adopt and improvise internal systems, ensuring our field sales tools are efficient and data-driven.
- Field Management & Data Insights (40%)
- Data execution: Extract and analyze transaction data to identify high-potential merchants. Use GPS matching to create precision battle maps for the field team.
- Team coordination: Coordinate and supervise a field sales team of 5–10 members. You are responsible for their training support, daily routing and, execution progress to ensure successful merchant engagement.
- Merchant expansion: Drive the merchant expansion project, securing placement for our brand at merchant locations and ensuring our physical presence matches our digital scale.
- Operational (20%)
- Project governance: Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle, including internal procurement (PR/PO) and vendor coordination.
- Compliance: Act as the internal point of contact for legal and compliance portals to ensure all project documentation and field activities are fully aligned with company standards.
Requirements

- Data-Savvy: You are comfortable with data (Excel/Google Sheets) and can translate coordinates and spreadsheets into a clear action plan.
- Agile & Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the challenge of balancing field operations with strategic planning.
- Stakeholder management: You have strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support execution and work effectively across teams.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Project Management, Ops, or Business Development.
