JOB OVERVIEW

The position will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of purchase order (PO) data flow across all End2End Operational systems. Your strong sense of ownership will drive data entry, maintenance, validation and quality assurance at all times. Key responsibilities include validating PO and shipping documentation and leading the internal and external stakeholders discussions to correct data discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reports to track KPI's such as OTIF, and provide regular updates on system status.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Immediate Workflow Support (Supporting Footwear)

  • Assist the PO Management (Footwear) in the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders within SAP and Nexus.
  • Maintain accurate vendor data and perform regular updates to PO quantities, delivery dates, and status codes.
  • Review and validate shipping documents to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.

Bulk SMS Management (Cross-Category)

  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for Bulk Salesman Samples (SMS) for both Apparel and Footwear vendors.
  • Track SMS production schedules and coordinate with vendors and PD to ensure on-time delivery for seasonal sales meetings.
  • Monitor sample quality and documentation, flagging discrepancies to the respective PO Management and PD team.

3. Fabric Audit & WIP Tracking

  • Conduct weekly audits of Bulk Fabric Work-in-Progress (WIP) directly with the mills.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in fabric production that could impact final garment/footwear delivery.
  • Prepare weekly WIP reports for the PO management team to ensure transparency in the upstream supply chain.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Very good knowledge of PO management
  • Proven experience with ERP, ideally with S/4 Hana
  • Advanced administrative and analytical capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting, tracking templates, formulas, and data analysis) and Office 365 folder management.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and sourcing metrics, including production/material MOQ and MCQ surcharge management.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and mediation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, mills, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong structural and organizational skill set with an independent, hands-on, and results-driven way of working.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven, while also enjoying teamwork and collaboration in multicultural environments.
  • Open-minded, highly communicative, with a growth mindset, positive attitude, and can-do mentality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education in Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or Procurement.
  • 2+ years experience in PO Management within SAP or similar ERP
  • 2+ years experience managing Production, vendor relationship, WIP.
