Associate, PMO - Business Development, ShopeeFood

• Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP, including planning, workflow designing and training.
• Identify operational and structural points for system improvement
• Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects.
• Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and initiatives
• Assist PMO Leader in keeping track of project progress and deliverables.

Must-have:

• Minimum 02 years of experience in tech start-up environment.
• Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Office and Google applications
• Intermediate English reading & writing
• Fast-learning and a Can-do attitude
