Your Role: Associate, Client Services

As an Associate, you will play a central role in driving the success of client projects. This is not a passive research role. You will be fully responsible for understanding client needs, identifying the right experts, and delivering results under tight timelines.

You will act as the bridge between our clients and industry professionals, ensuring that each interaction delivers meaningful, decision-ready insights.

What you will do:

• Quickly understand the scope, context, and urgency of each client request
• Identify knowledge gaps and define the ideal expert profile
• Proactively source and engage relevant experts through calls and emails
• Clearly communicate the value of Atheneum and secure expert participation
• Manage scheduling and coordination of expert consultations
• Work across multiple live projects, balancing speed with quality
• Collaborate closely with your team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

This role requires strong ownership, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
• Strong interest in business, markets, and industry trends
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with accountability
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Native in Vietnamese, Fluency in Chinese and English is a Must
• Additional language skills (Japanese) are a strong advantage
