  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels
  • Monitor and analyze performance on a regular basis, identifying gaps, trends, and actionable insights
  • Support target setting and phasing, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Prepare structured management reports with clear narratives and data-backed recommendations
  • Manage and track budget utilization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with growth priorities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs, align on performance expectations, and drive follow-ups

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in E-commerce, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Tech
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong numerical acumen with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization and executive reporting
  • Experience in project management and coordination is a plus
