Through an 18-month holistic journey, you'll benefit from:

• Immersive Design Management exposure: Gain end-to-end exposure to design development, from concept to construction, while supporting design coordination, reviewing consultant proposals, and working closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes. At the same time, you will support the development and enhancement of corporate design management guidelines, standards, and best practices, and contribute to digitalization, AI-enabled design tools, and innovation initiatives to improve design efficiency and decision-making.

• Specialized learning roadmap: Enhance your expertise through practical on-the-job training, in-house training, opportunities for advanced qualifications (e.g., Master's, MBA, Project Management certifications) exposure to cross-functional assignments across Design Management, Project Management, Sustainability, Quality, and other disciplines. Gain broader business perspectives through cross-department and cross-city job rotation opportunities.

• Mentorship from industry leaders: Learn directly from senior leaders who will provide strategic insights and career guidance

Candidate Profile

We are looking for driven, design savvy young professionals with strong interest in real estate development and a long term career in design management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related disciplines (Interior Design, Landscape Design etc.)

• Up to 3 years of working experience or fresh graduates with strong potential, open to fresh graduate

• Solid academic performance and strong interest in real estate development and design management

Attributes & Mindset

• Proactive, resourceful and adaptable, with a strong learning mindset and resilience in a fast paced environment

• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, project, community or extracurricular activities (e.g. leading studio projects, student clubs, competitions).

• Passionate about shaping cities and communities through sustainable, human centric design and high quality execution.

• High integrity, accountability and a sense of ownership for work outcomes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong design thinking, with good aesthetic sense, spatial awareness and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic, professional or portfolio work

• Good understanding (or strong willingness to learn) of building codes, development control regulations and technical standards relevant to architecture and real estate.

• Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret design concepts, drawings and technical reports

• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English; Vietnamese proficiency is required for local stakeholder coordination.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with data/visualization or AI applications is an advantage.

• Interest in digital design, innovation and AI applications in the built environment (e.g. generative design, space optimization, data driven decision making).
