Discover the Role
This position assists the Senior Accountant in the Accounting team in daily deliverables to ensure excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains relationship with daily client contact;
- Performs daily work with medium complexity;
- Full set of bookkeeping: Capital, accrual, foreign exchange, fixed assets, leasing, AR, AP;
- Review daily assigned to trainee: issuing invoices, payments, bookkeeping, VAT returns;
- Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly CIT estimation, FCT computation;
- Prepare statistic reports;
- Prepare management reports/ financial analysis;
- Performs more advanced data entry and quality document control;
- Prepare monthly billing to clients;
- Assist to train trainee level;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines;
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals;
- Experience in accounting/payroll/shipping and banking procedures;
- Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices;
- Advanced excel skill set;
- Good knowledge of local system (e.g. Viewpoint);
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
