Discover the Role

This position assists the Senior Accountant in the Accounting team in daily deliverables to ensure excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains relationship with daily client contact;
  • Performs daily work with medium complexity;
  • Full set of bookkeeping: Capital, accrual, foreign exchange, fixed assets, leasing, AR, AP;
  • Review daily assigned to trainee: issuing invoices, payments, bookkeeping, VAT returns;
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly CIT estimation, FCT computation;
  • Prepare statistic reports;
  • Prepare management reports/ financial analysis;
  • Performs more advanced data entry and quality document control;
  • Prepare monthly billing to clients;
  • Assist to train trainee level;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines;
  • 1 – 2 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals;
  • Experience in accounting/payroll/shipping and banking procedures;
  • Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices;
  • Advanced excel skill set;
  • Good knowledge of local system (e.g. Viewpoint);
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
