This position assists the Senior Accountant in the Accounting team in daily deliverables to ensure excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains relationship with daily client contact;
Performs daily work with medium complexity;
Full set of bookkeeping: Capital, accrual, foreign exchange, fixed assets, leasing, AR, AP;
Review daily assigned to trainee: issuing invoices, payments, bookkeeping, VAT returns;
Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly CIT estimation, FCT computation;
Prepare statistic reports;
Prepare management reports/ financial analysis;
Performs more advanced data entry and quality document control;
Prepare monthly billing to clients;
Assist to train trainee level;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines;
1 – 2 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals;
Experience in accounting/payroll/shipping and banking procedures;
Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices;
Advanced excel skill set;
Good knowledge of local system (e.g. Viewpoint);
Good command of both spoken and written English.
