Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Manager/Merchandiser, National Accounts

Location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam Shenzhen, China

Department: National Accounts / Big Box Retail

Reports To: President of National Accounts

Compensation: 25,000 – 30,000RMB/month

Position Summary

The National Accounts Sales Support Manager serves as the operational backbone of the National Accounts

organization, providing end-to-end administrative and project management support across their respective major U.S. big box retail account, including: Costco, Sam's Club/Walmart, Target, Lowe's, Menards, BJ's, Home Depot, and others.

This individual will be responsible for driving every item, program, and product initiative from inception

through final delivery — ensuring alignment across internal teams in China and the U.S., maintaining strict adherence to retailer timelines, and safeguarding executional excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Given the scale and complexity of national retail programs, this is a mission-critical role requiring

exceptional organization, cross-functional coordination, and deadline management across multiple

concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Program Administration

Serve as the primary administrative support lead for all assigned national retail accounts.

Manage item setup documentation, vendor forms, compliance paperwork, and retailer portals.

Maintain accurate records of all program details, timelines, specifications, and approvals.

Coordinate submission of product data, packaging details, testing requirements, and regulatory

documentation.

End-to-End Project Ownership

Drive each product and program from concept approval through production, shipment, and retail

delivery.

Build and manage critical path timelines for every SKU and retail initiative.

Proactively identify risks to deadlines and escalate solutions before issues materialize.

Ensure all retailer milestone dates are achieved (line reviews, POs, packaging sign-off, ship windows, etc.).

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as liaison between:

o U.S. National Accounts Sales Team

o Product Development

o Packaging Engineering

o Compliance & Testing

o Production Planning

o Logistics & Shipping

Ensure all teams are aligned on retailer requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines.

Facilitate regular project status updates across stakeholders in both China and the U.S.

Timeline, Deadline Management

Oversee multiple retailer programs simultaneously, each with unique timelines and requirements.

Maintain master tracking documents and dashboards across all accounts.

Hold internal teams accountable to milestone commitments.

Ensure production and shipping schedules align with retailer in-stock dates.

Retailer-Specific Execution

Learn and manage the operational nuances of each retailer (routing guides, packaging specs,

labeling, testing protocols, etc.).

Coordinate retailer compliance requirements to avoid chargebacks or delays.

Support sales leadership in preparing for line reviews, item launches, and replenishment programs.

Reporting & Communication

Provide weekly status reports on all active programs.

Flag risks, bottlenecks, or delays with recommended corrective actions.

Maintain clear documentation trails across all projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.

5–7+ years experience in sales support, account management, project management, or retail

operations for big box retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, Target, Home Depot, Walmart, etc.)

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

Experience working with U.S. retailers and China-based manufacturing teams.
