Assistant Talent Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate talent reviews to map succession depth, identify high-potential employees, and highlight critical role risks.
• Analyze workforce metrics and talent movement data to track internal pipeline health and bench strength.
• Support the administration of competency diagnostic tools to determine employee readiness for key career moves.
• Collaborate with L&D teams and external partners to deliver targeted growth solutions for high-potential cohorts.
• Identify digital opportunities and Gen AI tools to modernize succession tracking and talent identification methods.
• Track the career progression and retention rates of key talent cohorts, reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of dedicated talent management experience with an emphasis on succession and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated experience using SuccessFactors and structured talent diagnostic tools.
• Solid data analysis capabilities with experience drafting clear executive reports and proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with business leaders and HR partners.
• Proactive, analytical thinker with a strong focus on talent retention and growth.
