Assistant Restaurant Manager

Your Role

• Lead and develop the team across FOH & BOH
• Create a positive, high-energy environment for the team and guests
• Keep service running smoothly and standards consistently high
• Support daily operations, including shifts, stock and restaurant needs
• Build your understanding of cost control, wastage and restaurant performance
• Coach and develop team members to bring out their best
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive the restaurant forward
• Step up and take ownership when opportunities come your way

What We're Looking For

• F&B / restaurant management experience
• A people-focused leader who enjoys developing others
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Organised, proactive and confident making decisions
• Positive energy and a genuine interest in food and hospitality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
