Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including supervising staff, coordinating bookings, and ensuring excellent guest services. Key tasks include managing logistics, monitoring quality standards, and assisting with event planning and execution. The role also involves regular reporting, supporting managers in decision-making processes, and identifying areas for improvement within the resort's operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, team leadership, and decision-making
  • Strong skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship building
  • Competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities to handle varied tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Proficiency with relevant technology and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Background in hospitality or related fields is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
